About Me, My Neighborghood & Our Company History

Our goal @ the Duchess of Bay Ridge is to inspire, empower, & motivate women through our exclusive T-Shirt Line. The Duchess of Bay Ridge Fashion Line currently includes a variety of T-Shirts for women, but we are ready and excited to branch out with different Aparrel in the near future. Bay Ridge, Brooklyn is known for many different things, and it has a huge historical significance. Some may recognize it as

(a) the New York City's Marathon Route

(b) Movie enthusiasts may remember the locale as the setting for the 1977 HIT feature film - SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER

(c) The new Scorsce Film,"WOLF OF WALL STREET" allowed for a more widespread knowledge of the Bay Ridge, Brooklyn Community. Mark Hanna, played by Matthew McConaughay in this film is a native bayridgidian, and is curently Bay Ridge's Most Eligible Bachelor.

(d) Real Housewives of New Jersey Stars Nicole Napotalino, and Mr. & Mrs. Rino and Teresa Aprea own a restaurant in the heart of the Ridge.

(e) Bay Ridge Mosts Distinct Structrure, the Verrazanno Narrows Bridge can be seen all along the Shore Road Shoreline.

(f) Morning News Anchor Rossanna Scott is from our neighberling sister, Dyker Heights, so one assumes that she's no stranger to the "Bayridgidian Lifestyle." She's quite the fan.

In addition to these wonderful notorieties, Bay Ridge also also boasts a great nightlife scene. Along Third Avenue which begins from 69th Street and extends to 101st Street, there are a string of continious bars, shopping, activities, and places to get pampered during your visit here.

I've had the priviledge to grow, play, and live here, and I'm proud to be a part of this "Thight Knit" community.

As the Duchess Of Bay Ridge, I strongly believe in a Balanced Nutritional Lifestyle & Health, so it is always my wish for everyone to know the Importance Of it, and aid in any way I can. I have spent a few years involved in many aspects of it, and I do believe that I can now speak Confidently on what I can offer my Family, Friends, Acquaintances, Associates, and Followers. The Duchess Of Bay Ridge TM Lifestyle will be able to offer you all with more of my Opinions, Suggestions, and Learning Experiences more specifically with Nutrition and My Lifestyle. My hope is always that Overall Health, Nutrition, Fitness, and Happiness could impact someones life in a way that hopefully will result in a happier and healthier Human Being {You}. Everyone should be able to have that privilege especially if/when the Knowledge is more widely available, so I’m here to Spread the word and the love in not only Bay Ridge, Brooklyn [My Heart] but for all who wish to be here.
