How Do I Place An Order?

Click on our Collection Page and Select the item you wish to buy. Please follow all directions and/or instructions. Check out is simple, fast, user friendly, and you won't be dissapointed when your package arrives. Enjoy.

Payment and Shipping

As the "Duchess of Bay Ridge," I will ensure that my team will assist you with any help you need to place an online retail order. Our Customer Service Team is available Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, and we are also open on Saturday from 10:00am - 2:00pm. We are not in the office on Sundays, so any payments and/or transactions would have to be initiated on one of our Standard Business Days. Our representatives are here to help with any additional questions regarding events, directions, lodging, Bay Ridge business inquiries, etc.

Orders will be processed in a timely manner, and shipped out to you at our earliest convinience. We make every effort to ensure that all our customers are satisfied.

You can pay for your purchase using Pal Pal. Please send all payments to registrysports@yahoo.com. Pal Pal is a secure payment method, and you can feel comfortable using it to make your purchase today, or you can pay with a Major Credit Card such as Mastercard, Visa, etc.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 7 day Return Policy, and a 14 day Exchange Policy.

Custom Orders - Swarvoski Crystal & Rhinestones

We have Deep Neck Tees, Coral, White, and Teal Crop Tops, Turtle Neck Coral Crop Tops, and Raspberry Tank Tops as well. All with the Swarovski “Understated but Classy” Touch that are my personal Embellishments and Style. However, I do understand that my preference can be different to some, so we do take Custom Orders for the Swarovski Crystal Color & Placements if you wish to “Bling Things Up” differently. That is always an option to consider.
